Elizabeth Nelson

I have always had an interest in health and wellness. I was a dietetic major at Iowa State back in the early 90s.  Through my own journey, I fell in love with all the alternative modalities of wellness.  I thought about going to chiropractic school, but becoming a massage therapy fit me better.  I love giving and receiving bodywork and the effects it has on my own body.

When I’m not doing massage I am a busy mom of 2.  I have a son who plays golf and daughter who plays volleyball.  I am also active outdoors, find me in the mountains hiking, skiing or walking my dogs; running or on my homestead, gardening and growing food.

I went to MTIC (Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado) in Denver, Colorado in 2005-6.  I’m getting certified in cupping this fall and will be taking some continuing ed for visceral and abdomen as well as more techniques for lower extremities, glutes, legs, and feet.  I am also certified for a prenatal and pregnancy massage.  I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

I love coming to work every day, meeting new people and using my gift of bodywork.  Book an appointment with me today!
